## Job Description

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help us craft exceptional digital experiences for our marketing automation platform. You'll own the visual language and interaction design that makes Automark feel effortless to use.

## Job Responsibilities

**Own the design system —** Build and maintain a comprehensive component library in Figma.

**Lead user research —** Conduct interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

**Collaborate cross-functionally —** Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship designs that work within constraints.

**Drive accessibility —** Ensure our interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

## Qualifications

**4+ years of product design experience —** A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for SaaS applications.

**Expert Figma skills —** You live in Figma and have strong opinions about component architecture.

**Data-informed —** Comfortable analyzing usage data and A/B test results to inform design decisions.

## Bonus Points

- Experience designing for marketing or CRM tools
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with engineers
